While my enthusiasm for botanical gardens is somewhat restrained, it is not due to any lack of aesthetic appeal or charm. My limited knowledge of flowers renders me somewhat inept in appreciating their diversity fully. I can identify common varieties, such as roses, orchids, and lilies, yet beyond that, my expertise diminishes. For instance, if tasked to select hydrangeas at a florist, I would be utterly lost. Similar ignorance extends to my understanding of birds; while I can recognize a handful, like chickens and flamingos, I struggle to distinguish between less familiar species such as falcons and hawks.
