Being the biggest city in New Brunswick, Moncton is a fantastic destination while traveling across the province or visiting the best spots in Nova Scotia. This city has numerous attractions that make it an ideal base for exploring the wider region, including the Bay of Fundy.

Although Moncton may not have the same allure as other famous Canadian cities like Toronto or Vancouver, its unique atmosphere and history certainly make it worth a visit.

We spent several days in and around Moncton and decided on staying in the city, allowing us to explore the many beautiful spots nearby while enjoying local restaurants and cocktail bars in the evenings. It was truly the best of both worlds!
