The revival of the Paris to Berlin sleeper service has restored a key night train connection. The service will operate daily starting late 2024, featuring new-generation Nightjet carriages that include innovative capsule-style private mini cabins.

The direct service from Munich to Bologna along the Brenner Pass line remains an essential link into Italy from northern Europe. This seven-hour journey weaves through Austria’s Tirol region, past scenic villages and the stunning Alpine city of Innsbruck. In less than four high-speed hours, Eurostar trains travel directly between Amsterdam and London. Operating up to four times a day, this route serves as a viable alternative to air travel. However, from June 2024, the service will temporarily pause due to construction at Amsterdam’s Centraal Station.
During this period, passengers will need to take a mainland European Eurostar train to Brussels before proceeding to London. The service is set to resume in early 2025, enhancing travel options between these vibrant capitals.
