I thoroughly enjoy exploring exquisite residences, and while Rightmove is my resource when searching for a new home, some of the most enjoyable moments occur when I browse homes I have no intention of acquiring! The extensive selection of properties features stunning decor and ingenious space-saving concepts—definitely check it out if you share my passion for interior design!
- TheTrainLine: An indispensable resource for arranging travel across the UK by train. The train services in the UK are commendable, providing a trustworthy means of transit; thus, whether one is visiting the UK or residing here, this application is essential!
- Bus Times: This application is essential for navigating transport in London, providing real-time updates on bus arrivals to the minute. Given the popularity of buses within the city, this app eliminates the uncertainty of waiting for elusive buses, additionally offering route details and estimated arrival times at each stop.
- Skyscanner: The essential application for travelers! As long as you maintain some flexibility, this is one of the finest applications for anyone passionate about travel to possess!
- Angry Birds (various editions): I have fully embraced the Angry Birds phenomenon, and it has been a rewarding experience! The only challenge arises when attempting to play on the underground, as the train’s motion leads to exasperating gameplay conditions. Nonetheless, I seize every opportunity to engage with this game.
- Shazam: This application has liberated me from the frustrations of guessing song titles inaccurately; Shazam identifies songs seamlessly by listening to them.

- Candy Crush: This is perhaps the most aggravating application on my device, and I find myself contemplating its removal. Initially, I questioned the hype around it; however, after progressing through several levels, I became inexplicably addicted. Unfortunately, I am now stuck at a difficult level, with labyrinthine instructions that make little sense. Where are the cheats for this game?
- Pocket: This application enables users to save an article for later reading, regardless of internet connectivity. It is compatible with nearly every website, proving particularly useful for lengthy articles such as those from the New York Times!
- Tripit: Introduced by my cousin, Tripit may not have visually appealing colors; however, its practicality is undeniable. It consolidates all travel details accessed via your email, allowing management from a single platform. It even sends notifications, ensuring timely flight reminders, thus greatly enhancing travel organization.
Moreover, there are applications deserving honorable mention, which are frequently in use (albeit mature enough to not qualify as obsessions). This includes the ever-present Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Instagram applications—my usage of which is quite substantial.
