I often cringe to suggest getting lost in the city’s streets (since no one truly enjoys it), but wandering through Bari Vecchia is delightful, and you may inadvertently find yourself navigating through the tiny alleys.

Truth be told, your chances of getting lost are high with the maze-like streets, but don’t worry—it adds to the adventure, just like in Venice, where I always get lost.

When driving, you can typically find parking along the promenade, just before you enter the old town. If space is tight, an alternative parking area is conveniently located a short distance from the walls of Bari Vecchia.
