St Andrewsis a picturesque Scottish town located on the coast ofFife. It is renowned for its prestigious University, notable alumni including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, its world-class golf courses, and breathtaking coastline.
Despite its modest size, St Andrews is globally recognized as the birthplace of golf and home to one of the oldest universities in the English-speaking world. Aside from its golfing heritage and educational prestige, the town boasts a rich medieval history that spans many centuries. Most notably, St Andrews presents a wealth of engaging activities and attractions throughout its delightful landscape.
During our academic years in St Andrews, there were discussions regarding the demolition of an existing structure on the waterfront in Dundee to pave the way for theV&A Dundee.
After spending a good six years studying in Fife, I’ve come to call this area of Scotland my second home. I mean, who wouldn’t? Unlike the vast mountain ranges of the Scottish Highlands, Fife is much more easterly meaning a little less rain and a lot more of those gorgeous rolling hills.
