Continuing our Nordic expedition, we arrived in Gothenburg, located in Sweden, noted for its picturesque scenery and renowned hospitality.
This is a playful stereotype about Swedish culture, but indeed, the ice and stunning people made the claim seem quite legitimate.
Gothenburg is Scandinavia’s largest port and is often affectionately referred to as Sweden’s ‘second city’. Known primarily for producing Volvos, it has undergone a remarkable transformation into a contemporary travel destination over the last couple of decades.
