We patiently waited for over an hour to catch a glimpse of this magnificent leopard in a tree. As other safari trucks left, we remained still, and eventually, this beauty looked directly at me for the perfect shot.
Although rhinos are often elusive, Lake Nakuru offers some of the best opportunities to see them. We were awestruck when we spotted a family drinking from a nearby stream, just a few feet away from our safari vehicle.
While many focus on the iconic lions, leopards, and elephants, don’t forget about the charming monkeys. When you spot these little creatures, you can’t help but smile at their cuteness.
With an abundance of elephants, Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s prime locations to witness these majestic creatures roaming freely.
Tracking a lioness as she hunts is a thrilling experience; we spent over an hour observing her movements, waiting for the perfect moment.
Lake Nakuru is renowned for its stunning flamingo population, making it a must-visit for birdwatching enthusiasts.
Although we usually spotted hippos at a distance, our safari lodge in the Masai Mara featured a hippo pond right on the property!
This young male lion may look a bit scraggly now, but soon enough, he will boast a magnificent mane as he matures.

Experiencing a visit to a Maasai tribe is a unique opportunity. Engaging with the Maasai people of Selenkay allowed us to learn about their traditions and lifestyle, providing invaluable insights into the indigenous culture of Kenya.
Meeting and photographing Maasai individuals enriched my portfolio, showcasing the diversity of Kenyan culture. While some donned traditional attire, others wore modern clothing.
Visiting our guide Makau’s hometown village was a privilege. Although the children were in school upon our arrival, they eagerly came outside to greet us.
