EVENTS
A hiring fee is applicable, equivalent to either US$1000 or US$25 per guest, whichever is greater, for each event during a booking. Professional supervision, including caterers and rental companies, is a fundamental requirement. A refundable damage bond may be required prior to the booking commencement, via credit card or bank transfer.
Strict noise regulations will be enforced, necessitating that all functions conclude by 10:30 pm, with services ceasing by 11:00 pm unless otherwise arranged with the property owner.
STAFF
The staff at The Cotton House, including butlers and housekeepers, are available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, with extended hours negotiable if necessary.
