Visitors enter a spacious, open-sided pavilion designed for outdoor dining accommodating up to 20 guests, offering direct access to a chef’s kitchen and a guest washroom. The main pavilion incorporates an indoor living area, a media room, and a Poolside Suite, all leading to covered terraces and a vast sunlit pool deck.
A secondary pavilion, separated by twin fountains, provides privacy to both the Master and Koi Suites, each featuring outdoor bathrooms, seating areas, a dedicated butler’s kitchen, and a maxi bar. At the opposite end of the pool is a Joglo pavilion with relaxed seating and pool beds, ideal for events, along with the Blue Ocean and Rose Garden Suites, completing the villa’s ensemble.
This villa is complemented by a traditional thatched poolside Balé, equipped with an expansive, shaded, and fan-cooled daybed.
Guests can reserve LataLiana I with either 4 or 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 adults and an additional four children. With the addition of The Floating Annex and LataLiana II, the total capacity can reach up to 16 adults and eight extra children.
