The quirky Egg House, which toured New York and Shanghai, is slated to make its Los Angeles debut in 2019. This themed pop-up features multi-sensory rooms based on the fictional character, Ellis. In New York, the Museum of Pizza has extended its run until November 18. Sugar Republic in Australia

Australia is also witnessing the rise of pop-up dessert museums. The Sugar Republic, which recently visited Melbourne, is currently in Brisbane until the end of October and is set to open in Sydney in 2019. In London, the Victoria & Albert Museum will host a new exhibition titled Food, exploring the evolution of our relationship with food through the ages.
