The two companies have paired up to offer guests a social distancing fall getaway in California or New York, complete with a Mini car that guests can pick up in their respective city and drive to their tiny home accommodation, enjoying a weekend break while exploring the open road close to home.
From September 10, guests can stay in a tiny home in either Marlboro, New York or Twentynine Palms, California from $1 per night (plus taxes and fees) and avail of a free Mini car for the duration of their trip. The deal is available for three select weekends this fall, including a three-night stay in picturesque locations where outdoor pursuits meet small-town charm.

The Marlboro listing in Upstate New York is close to state parks, forests, farmlands, vineyards, and rivers, making it ideal for leaf-peeping. Inside, there’s a lofted bedroom, cozy kitchen, and a slate fire pit. The open-plan space features a neutral décor, with wooden flooring and large windows allowing ample natural light. This listing comes with a Mini Cooper S 4-door for a three-day weekend, with check-ins available on October 16, November 6, and November 20.
In California, the Twentynine Palms listing is an architect-designed tiny home at the gateway to Joshua Tree National Park with mountain and Mojave Desert views. This two-bedroom solar-powered home features an open-plan living room, kitchenette, and many home comforts like high-end bathroom supplies, a coffee maker, TV, and WiFi. It comes with a Mini Cooper Convertible, and is available for three-night stays on November 6, November 12, and December 4.
