Recently, on a brisk and sunny morning, we boarded a train from London to Norwich, eager to meet the individual we are supporting for this year’s recognition – Charlie Hodson.

This city was once one I considered for my studies, yet surprisingly, I had never truly explored it.
The architecture throughout is simply exquisite, especially the magnificent cathedral, which stands out as a crowning jewel.

While exploring Norwich, one gains insight into the culinary landscape this region offers.

We continued our adventure seeking additional culinary delights, meeting with Charlie at a renowned local establishment.
