What is Pump It Up?

I visited the Tempe location of Pump It Up, an indoor, air-conditioned play area for kids filled with large inflatables for bouncing, sliding, and physical fun. While some inflatables are traditional, others contain built-in challenges and games, ensuring that children of all ages, including older kids and adults, can enjoy themselves. The Tempe venue also provides various activities and games for those moments when a short break from the inflatables is needed.

Who Should Visit?

During my visit, the Tempe Pump It Up hosted Pop-In Playtime, and most participants were energetic kids aged around 3 to 8, accompanied by their parents. Parents were encouraged to join in, whether watching or playing alongside their children. Older kids can also enjoy Pump It Up during customizable parties.

• Jumping sessions are typically 45 minutes, with options to switch inflatables at breaks. Some locations may limit play to 1-1/2 hours. In Tempe, longer play hours are available, allowing for extended fun.
• Some locations may require guests to wait until the next session starts. However, Tempe allows attendees to arrive at any time during a session; check each location’s policy for specifics.
• Pop-in play hours vary by location, and special programs or events may be offered at individual venues.
