In the spirit of honesty, I have long wondered when Disneyland Resort’sMickey’s Toontown, which has been welcoming visitors in California since 1993, would get a much-needed refresh. The “Who Framed Roger Rabbit?” fans have always been thrilled to have an attraction here, and my oldest daughter enjoyed Gadget’s Go Coaster (now Chip ‘n’ Dale’s GadgetCoaster) when she was about seven.
