Inspired by colonial aesthetics, the estate encompasses 18,000 square meters, featuring a blend of tropical palms and plants accented by white gardenias and pineapple plants. The front lawn contains a sizable water feature, a shaded dining area, and a bale suitable for yoga sessions. At the rear, a saltwater pool is equipped with six sun loungers and a raised six-seater bale, perfect for leisurely afternoons.

Two suites are positioned in the main pavilion, while the other two are located in the bungalow pavilion, equipped with unique outdoor bathtubs.
