We arrived in Phuket at 7:20 pm, and to our satisfaction, a representative from Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort was waiting for us with a sign bearing our names, prepared to escort us to the hotel.
We reached the hotel by approximately 9 pm and received a warm welcome from the duty manager, who guided us to our accommodation. The room was generously sized and elegant, and we were pleased to find that the requested cot was already in place. Despite the smooth and brief flight from Singapore, we looked forward to a restful night’s sleep.
DAY ONE
We awakened early and proceeded to Aqua Restaurant for breakfast. The culinary offerings were delightful, and we appreciated the relaxed and tranquil atmosphere during our meal. Notably, we were impressed by the baby menu, from which we ordered scrambled eggs, purée, and fruit for our little one. It is truly commendable when a resort adequately caters to its youngest guests.
Following breakfast, we participated in a tour of the hotel led by the General Manager. He guided us through the property and shared intriguing insights about its history and features. It was enriching to gain an insider’s perspective. Afterwards, we had lunch at Edge Beach Club, and the children enjoyed some leisure activities. We engaged in sand play, swimming, and kayaking!
For dinner, we dined at Tamarind restaurant, which specializes in seafood, Thai, and Western cuisine. We appreciated the informal atmosphere of the establishment, and the food was exceptional. While we chose to eat at the restaurant, in-villa dining was also available.
DAY TWO
On our second morning, we chose to indulge in a unique floating breakfast in our private pool instead of dining at Aqua restaurant. The children were particularly thrilled with the concept of enjoying breakfast in the pool!
Our day was designed to be leisurely, primarily spent at Edge Beach Club while enjoying some pool time with the children.
In the afternoon, we utilized the babysitting service and took the boys to the play center while we enjoyed a 60-minute relaxing couples massage at the spa. The Sapparot Kids Club was a delightful experience for both our children and us! It was refreshing to have some time to ourselves, knowing the boys were entertained with toys, games, and various activities. They participated in hands-on projects such as paper mache and origami, while we enjoyed a soothing spa experience. This arrangement was beneficial for all parties involved.
For dinner, we experienced a wonderful romantic arrangement on the beach. Although a babysitter was available to care for the children that evening, after having spent the afternoon apart, we preferred for them to share this cherished moment with us. Therefore, we all relished an exquisite meal whilst overlooking the soothing waves, with the babysitter accompanying us. It was indeed the highlight of our stay!
DAY THREE
Our final day commenced with another delightful breakfast at Aqua restaurant. Following that, we participated in a presentation by David Martin at the Shark Nursery located in the lobby. We gained insights into Bamboo Sharks and learned how the Oceans for All Foundation and Pullman Phuket Panwa are collaboratively working towards the repopulation of Bamboo Sharks in Phuket.
The concluding activity on our itinerary was to enjoy some beach time with the boys before our evening check-out. We savored the last moments outdoors, engaged in sandcastle construction, and played in the waves—providing the perfect conclusion to our stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort.
