It can be challenging to recall the full name of this village, particularly given its complexity. We observed Civitella in Val di Chiana from a distance and resolved to approach it. The village, which Italians refer to as a commune, was relatively tranquil. This location is, without a doubt, off the conventional tourist path. This enabled me to roam freely throughout the village without concern for onlookers.

Upon reviewing these images, I noticed the village’s distinct orange hue, which could prompt various inquiries for the locals if they were available.
The idyllic atmosphere of Civitella in Val di Chiana captivated us, highlighting my appreciation for traveling in a rickshaw. Had we opted for a standard car, we likely would have overlooked this gem entirely, as it was not prominently indicated on our maps.
Before departing, we took a moment to appreciate the exquisite Tuscan landscape one last time.
