Introduction
It’s been a while since I’ve done a photo diary post. While many blog posts include photographs, I wanted to create a dedicated space for a photo diary that solely focuses on visuals. However, I believe context adds depth to images, so let’s provide some background on this series of photographs.
History of Independence Palace
These photos were captured during our visit to Independence Palace in Saigon, also known as Ho Chi Minh City. Though relatively new compared to the historic palaces of Europe, it stands as one of the major tourist attractions in Saigon. Not only is it easily accessible, but it also offers valuable insight into Vietnam’s history and culture, making it a worthwhile experience.
Moreover, the entry fee is approximately 30,000 Vietnamese Dong, which translates to about 90 pence, making it an affordable attraction for all visitors.
Photo Diary
Now, let us delve into the photo diary. I’ll present the images from our exploration of Independence Palace in Saigon, Vietnam. Each picture tells a story and showcases the site’s unique characteristics.
Additionally, you may discover other appealing destinations and unique experiences as you plan your travels to Vietnam.
