Overview of our Tennessee Trip
Ever since we did our road trip across the US years ago (from Florida to California over 3 weeks), I’ve wanted to explore more of Tennessee. This southern state holds a unique charm that often goes unnoticed from afar.
Traveling to New York is easy, which is why I have visited multiple times, similar to my frequent trips to Florida. While I’ve ventured to remote spots like Seattle and even Hawaii, I realize that I still have a wealth of experiences and remarkable landscapes in Hawaii to share, but that’s a story for another day.
Tennessee has long been on my radar because of my appreciation for country music stemming from my upbringing. Although I might not be as knowledgeable as a true Tennesseean, I resonate deeply with authentic country music—a genre that speaks in a way that modern country pop lacks. Furthermore, my fondness towards Jack Daniels, which I’ve kept within reach since my university days, has only added to my desire to visit and explore the source of this cherished bourbon.
Moreover, I cannot overlook the mouthwatering cuisine of Tennessee—think barbeque, delicious hot chicken, and a host of other regional specialties that fill my enthusiasm for culinary explorations in this extraordinary state.
In a format similar to other photo posts, expect full details, enticing pictures, and even videos from this vibrant trip in the future. For now, I’m excited to share a glimpse through photos from our memorable time in Tennessee.
