Reimagined Virginian Lodge Welcomes Travelers Back to Jackson Hole
The Virginian Lodge is set to welcome travelers back for a completely reimagined stay in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Opening on Jan. 10, the hotel offers 165 newly improved guest rooms and suites, along with a central courtyard that boasts Jackson’s largest all-season outdoor pool.

Modern Redesign with Classic Western Inspiration
The redesign was led by the NYC-based interior design team, GOODRICH. The design aims to evoke an approachable mountain feel while honoring The Virginian’s storied past, which began in 1965, drawing inspiration from the classic Western novel of the same name.
Guests will find a warm welcome at the vintage check-in counter and a lobby adorned with restored vintage furniture and charming wagon wheel chandeliers.

Throughout the hotel, you will experience a cozy atmosphere, including guest rooms featuring warm wood accents and mid-century furnishings. The courtyard-view king rooms are highly recommended, as they are located near the expansive pool and social areas. For families, the bunk adventure camp rooms accommodate up to eight guests and include a double bathroom for added comfort. Importantly, every room has oversized racks designed for hanging and airing out adventure gear, perfect for a mountain getaway.
Outdoor Amenities and Interactive Experiences
The courtyard is an inviting space for guests, complete with fire pits and Adirondack chairs surrounding the all-season, heated outdoor pool and two oversized hot tubs, allowing visitors to truly soak in the experience. This area will host year-round interactive programming and curated activities, such as fireside s’mores in winter and wine tastings or music concerts during summer, alongside outdoor workshops and yoga classes.
Guests can also look forward to indulging in food and beverage concepts, such as Billy’s Burgers, a local favorite returning for its new home at The Virginian, along with the renowned Virginian Saloon offering post-dinner refreshments.
