Furthermore, Disney cast members will play a role in community management, ensuring that residents enjoy exceptional service and detailing. A club membership will provide exclusive access to unique experiences and amenities, making it a remarkable place to reside.

This community is designed to accommodate residents aged 55 and above among the neighborhoods, facilitating a magical retirement experience for Disney enthusiasts. Homebuyers of all ages can select from a range of residences, including estates, single-family homes, and condominiums. The plans outline a stunning 24-acre oasis with a vibrant turquoise lagoon, complemented by a waterfront clubhouse that invites leisure and water activities.
Moreover, a beachfront hotel, along with a shopping, dining, and entertainment district, is also part of the envisioned development for Cotino, further enhancing its appeal.

Additionally, the creation of Celebration, a master-planned community near Walt Disney World Resort, and the exclusive residential enclave Golden Oak, developed on Disney World property, showcase the company’s previous endeavors.
