Discovering Snowy Peaks in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains

Snow in the Desert? Take a trip up to the Atlas Mountains, Morocco...

During a visit to Morocco, it is essential to venture beyond the captivating city of Marrakech. While Marrakech offers vibrant aromas, intriguing sights, and delightful sounds, there remains a vast expanse of beauty to discover elsewhere. The feeling of safety in Morocco is palpable, despite the bustling energy of the surroundings.

On this occasion, rather than embarking on an impromptu road trip, we opted for an organized excursion. Accompanied by a driver in a private 4X4, complete with a refreshing mint tea break and lunch, we set out to explore the scenic Atlas Mountains.

This full-day journey, which commenced around 8 AM and concluded around 5 PM, proved to be an enriching experience that departed from the typical tourist attractions.
