In 2021, Branson unveiled two grand estates added to Moskito Island, his latest hospitality venture in the British Virgin Islands.

When Richard acquired the island in 2007, he drew inspiration from Necker Island, infusing designs that contributed to its success. This estate is designed to accommodate families or large groups, featuring eight bedrooms along with a children’s room that sleeps eight, comfortably hosting 22 guests. The residence boasts a spacious communal area ideal for entertaining, a contemporary kitchen, and a large infinity-edge pool with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
For a perfect sunset view, the open-air seaside dining pavilion over the cliff’s edge serves as an ideal gathering spot. Here, guests can relax and enjoy the scenic sunset after a fulfilling day. Additionally, guests at The Point Estate enjoy exclusive stair access to Manchioneel Beach, Moskito Island’s main beach.
Rates for these exquisite villas start at $17,500 per night during the low season (based on a four-night minimum stay at The Point Estate for up to 16 guests).
