Ultimate Guide to Securing Tickets for The Daily Show

The Daily Show with Trevor Noah

Although Jon Stewart is no longer with The Daily Show, it lives on with a new host, Trevor Noah. This popular comedy-news show continues to air from Monday through Thursday on Comedy Central. It is taped live before a studio audience and airs later that same evening, providing a unique opportunity for fans to potentially see themselves on television. One of the advantages of requesting tickets is the accessible online calendar that displays availability, allowing you to select the best date for your visit.

Getting Tickets

  • Online: Check The Daily Show ticket availability online for the possibility of same-day or next-day tickets.
  • Tickets are not available via phone or standby options.

What to Know

The show tapes at the Daily Show Studios, located at 733 11th Avenue, between 51st and 52nd Streets. The closest subway access is via the C/E lines at the 50th/8th Avenue station. Please consider allowing adequate travel time, as it is three long blocks from the subway to the studio.

Guests attending The Daily Show can enjoy discounted parking at the K-Group lot on 51st and 12th Avenue; remember to have your ticket stub stamped to qualify for the discount.

Taping takes place Monday through Thursday at 5:45 p.m. Audience members should arrive approximately an hour early, with the event expected to conclude around 7:15 p.m. There is a new ticket check-in process that requires attendees to pick up their tickets between 2:30 and 4 p.m. and return at 4:30 or 4:45 p.m. for the taping.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend a taping and should present a photo ID for security clearance. Additionally, groups are limited to four individuals. If your group exceeds this number and separate reservations are made, entry may not be guaranteed. Note that attendance is limited to once every three months.

It’s advisable to bring a sweater or jacket, as the studio is kept at a cool temperature due to air conditioning.
