Summary of Fourth of July Celebrations
The Fourth of July wouldn’t be a holiday without a parade. You’ll find a festive parade taking place every year near Albuquerque. It’s possible to enjoy a morning parade and still have ample time to catch a dazzling fireworks display in the evening.
If participating in a parade is what you desire, you can join in by signing up early. The Rio Rancho parade encourages families to bring their creatively decorated bikes and join in the fun.
Corrales Fourth of July Parade
The parade begins at Target Road at 10 a.m. and proceeds south through downtown Corrales to La Entrada Park. Spectators can enjoy the whole parade anywhere along the route, starting at Corrales Elementary School and continuing to Double S Road. La Entrada Road will be closed at Corrales Road. Parking is available at the Rec center. Following the parade, attendees can enjoy Family Fun Day at La Entrada Park, featuring food and local information. Parking in downtown Corrales is limited, so it’s advisable to arrive early.

Las Vegas Fourth of July Fiestas
This year’s Fiesta de Las Vegas theme is “We Are United Behind Our Culture.” This six-day event features a festive parade, a memorial run, tributes to veterans, and numerous live performances. The parade kicks off at 9 a.m. on June 30, followed by entertainment lasting through the evening and into the weekend, concluding on July 4.
When: 9 a.m., June 30. There will be music in the park at noon.

Los Lunas Parade
The Fourth of July parade in Los Lunas commences at 9 a.m. at Lambros Loop and concludes at Don Pasqual Road. This classic parade features numerous horses, delightful floats, and spirited old-fashioned entertainment. Expect to see decorated firetrucks and a plethora of candy tossed for the kids.

Mountainair Fourth of July Parade
Mountainair celebrates American spirit with its annual 4th of July Firecracker Jubilee. The festivities commence with a community parade along Highway 60, followed by fun at the Monte Alto Plaza and activities for kids, plus street vendors. The day culminates with a firecracker display and a community dance. The annual Jubilee takes place at Chavez Memorial Park.

Rio Rancho 4th of July Parade and Bike Decorating Contest
The city of Rio Rancho hosts a festive parade each year to celebrate Independence Day. Attendees will enjoy classic cars, military organizations, and, most importantly, the bike parade! Children and parents are encouraged to decorate their bicycles and join the parade and the bike decorating contest. Prizes are awarded for the best decorations across different age categories: 5 to 7, 8 to 10, and 11 to 15. After the parade, a ceremony will commemorate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence at Rio Rancho Veterans Monument Park off Pinetree Road. This ceremony starts at 11 a.m. and features several speakers. Additionally, a Fireworks Extravaganza will be held in Loma Colorado Park from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
