Stand out front of the Monte Carlo Resort and you’ll notice that the property has a new look and part of that redesign includes an 800 Degrees Pizza right at the entrance. You’ll be pleased to find affordable, high-quality pizza in a casual and easily accessible spot right on the Las Vegas strip. We might even say that it is the best deal in town.
There is absolutely no reason for you to go anywhere else if you enjoy pizza and you are on a budget. This is not pizza by the slice garbage; this is bona fide real pizza for an amazingly low price. Good ingredients, casual and convenient—there is no reason to look elsewhere.

What to Expect at 800 Degrees Las Vegas
This is a casual pizza spot with some very good ingredients that partner to deliver a product that will shock with flavor and then knock your socks off with the price. Grab your pie and have a seat on their small patio, and you are eating strip side with a quality meal for under ten dollars. Yes, you can get a pizza all to yourself for less than $10.
You walk up to the counter, and they craft your pizza right from your direction. You can make your own pizza or go with one of their suggestions. Easy, fast, and convenient, and with an oven that is hovering at 800 degrees, your pie is ready in about 1 minute.
The Food
If you are a fan of classic Napoli style pizza, then you will thoroughly enjoy this thin, chewy pizza pie. The space is a comfortable spot to have a meal, and if you couple your pizza with some broccolini or a meatball or two, you might even create a full-blown sit-down meal experience.
What You Should Try
- Margherita: This classic alone is the best deal on the Las Vegas strip at under $8 for a full pizza pie. While the char could go a couple of seconds more, the mozzarella and tomatoes deliver with a bright flavor that is so comfortable you’ll be challenged to not want to indulge in a second pie.
- Carni: They are doing their best to grab high-quality ingredients, and the flavor comes through in the sausage, pepperoni, meatball, and ham pie. It gets floppy in the center, but that is fine if you like eating your pizza with a knife and fork. This pizza is still affordable, and if you split this pie and have two beers, you can still leave 800 Degrees with a tab that is under $25.
- Zucca: This pizza is more of a flatbread that you might get at a fine dining restaurant. The sweet squash and the salty bacon are accented with some onions and a piece of slightly charred crust. This is a pizza that deserves a crisp beer.
- Make your own! You start with one of their classics and choose a few add-ons, and soon you have your own specialty pizza.
