Explore the London Eye: A Premier Attraction
Introduction
When it first opened in 2000, the London Eye was the world’s tallest observation wheel at 443 feet tall. Although it was surpassed by the High Roller in Las Vegas in 2014, it remains a beloved attraction in London, welcoming approximately 10,000 visitors daily in its 32 capsules. This landmark is officially the most popular paid visitor attraction in the United Kingdom, with around 3.5 million visitors annually. From each capsule, you can enjoy breathtaking views of up to 25 miles in every direction.
In 2009, a 4D Film Experience was introduced as a complimentary offering to enhance your visit to the Eye. This short film, enriched with superior 4D effects, showcases the only 3D aerial footage of London.
