This spot is becoming increasingly popular, so you may need to wait a few minutes for your turn to take pictures with the troll. Please avoid climbing on the troll, enabling everyone to enjoy it for years to come.

Children can easily manage this hike, and the flat trail should accommodate strollers and wheelchairs in the summer, although it is not officially compliant with ADA standards. Therefore, it is advisable to use caution.

The path is organized as a one-way loop due to its popularity. After reaching the Breck troll, you’ll turn a corner and follow the loop back to the trailhead. However, if you’re eager for a longer adventure, you also have the option of continuing on the Illinois Creek Trail.

As always, please remember to keep the trail clean, be considerate of fellow hikers, and leave no trace. Thanks and happy travels!
