Overview – Tanger Outlets
Tanger (rhymes with hangar) Outlets is an outdoor shopping destination that opened in 2012. It is the only Tanger Factory Outlet Center in Arizona, although other outlet malls exist.
With over 60 stores in Glendale, this outlet mall is noteworthy as it typically offers name-brand merchandise at more affordable prices compared to regular department stores. Most retailers focus on apparel, shoes, and accessories, but a handful also sell diverse products such as toys and kitchen gadgets. Although the stores are air-conditioned, the walkways are not; however, shaded areas and fans are available to enhance visitor comfort.

As an outlet mall, Tanger does not have traditional anchor stores. Notable retailers include Saks 5th Avenue, Guess, H&M, Calvin Klein, Nike, Dress Barn, Tommy Hilfiger, and Ralph Lauren, which host larger store spaces.
Favorite Stores at Tanger Outlets
There are numerous enticing options! Specifically, around 30 stores offer shoes, featuring brands like Converse, Steve Madden, Nine West, Skechers, and Cole Haan. If you’re a shoe enthusiast, you could easily spend an entire day shopping for footwear alone. Other popular stores include Banana Republic, Coach, Fossil, Michael Kors, Kitchen Collection, Under Armour, and Eddie Bauer.
Food Options
While there are many dining choices available at the nearby Westgate Entertainment District, you will find limited options for snacks, sandwiches, or beverages within Tanger Outlets. This venue does not offer a traditional food court experience.

Tanger Outlets is situated in Glendale, Arizona, just west of Phoenix.
To reach Tanger Outlets, take Loop 101 (Agua Fria) north to Glendale Avenue. Turn east on Glendale Avenue, keeping to the right lane, and make the first right onto 95th Ave. The outlet center will be on your right. You can see this location on Google Maps.
